Hilton Sno-Flyers
Today, our dedicated Hilton Sno-Flyers volunteers helped remove a burned snowmobile left on the trail. We want to remind everyone: leaving a sled behind on someone’s property is both disrespectful and dangerous. If you ever face an emergency, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll either assist directly or get you the help you need. Let’s keep our trails safe, and always respect the landowners who make our sport possible. No idea who the owner is. Don’t worry, we took care of it for you. ... See MoreSee Less

Well said….UPDATE 02/10/2026 Please read. With the fluctuating temperatures heading into the weekend — and even warmer weather next week — please be aware that trail conditions will be changing quickly.Expect:• Soft areas during the day• Icy spots as temperatures drop and trails refreeze• Possible thinning base in open or sun-exposed sections Use extra caution, reduce your speed, and stay alert for unexpected conditions. What looks good in the afternoon may be solid ice by evening. We are seeing several riders leaving the marked trail to look for fresh snow. Please stop.Riding off trail damages landowner property and puts our trail system at risk. It only takes a few people to ruin it for everyone.Stay on the marked trail. Respect the land. Protect our riding privileges.Ride Right. ... See MoreSee Less

CATTARAUGUS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Snowmobiling is popular throughout Western New York and for people to be able to take part in the recreation, the sport relies heavily on volunteers and private land owners to host the trails.

The money for registration goes to the volunteers for groomers, signs, gates, trail development,  and potential excavation.
