Summer activities

With the winter riding season ending our thoughts quickly turn to the activities that will take place over the summer months , Last summer we made a significant number of trail inprovements and our intent is to continue where we left off last summer. We have a number of re- routes planned, Improvements to existing trails,Bridges to either be rebuilt or replaced with culvert pipe, With the advent of all this activity, we are looking for any good supplies that we can get our hands on, We are looking for any culvert pipe , 12,16,24,30 inch in diameter that is either new or in good used condition, Any building materials , pressure treated lumber that is either new or in good usable condition.Rough sawn lumber , Telephone poles that are solid . Fill that is good but not mixed with re-rod or concrete. If ypou don't have any supplies but have access to back hoes ,front loaders or a dump truck that can be avaliable to fick up and haul fill to a site,we certainly will be gratefull and can use the help.

In addition to the supplies , we are also attempting a scrap metal drive, We will staging a collecton dumpster at the south groomer barn, for srap metal to be dropped off , If you have scrap metal and can't get it to us,call and we will make every attempt to pick it up, hot water tanks , brake rotors. If you are not sure about the scrap that you have , call and we can discuss

If you'd like further details,

call Dan 469-6789 to discuss

Snowmobile Trails In Jeopardy

Wednesday, 27 February 2013

CATTARAUGUS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Snowmobiling is popular throughout Western New York and for people to be able to take part in the recreation, the sport relies heavily on volunteers and private land owners to host the trails.

The money for registration goes to the volunteers for groomers, signs, gates, trail development,  and potential excavation.
