We want to thank all of our members that took the time to attend the NY State Snowmobile New York State Snowmobile Association Forum in Lake Placid, NY this past weekend. Nick Sauer, Melanie Klossner, AJ Reisinger and his daughter, Chuck Inclema, Jen Donovan, Jeff Klipfel, Pam Klipfel, Dave Woodward, Karen Woodward and Rich Manley. They took the time to attend the forum, attend classes and help better our club for the future. A lot of great ideas came out of it and we will try to implement some of them in the near future. ... We want to thank all of our volunteers for helping to GPS and pull some of our trails over the last week or two. It’s hard, cold, wet and muddy work out there. Snowmobile Trails In Jeopardy

CATTARAUGUS, N.Y. (WIVB) – Snowmobiling is popular throughout Western New York and for people to be able to take part in the recreation, the sport relies heavily on volunteers and private land owners to host the trails.

The money for registration goes to the volunteers for groomers, signs, gates, trail development,  and potential excavation.
