1/31 Update - Work has been completed and this section is now open. If you get there before we move the gates, you can move them to the side. Use CAUTION, there may be ruts or other hazards.
The red sections on the NYSSA map are closed. Riding on closed trails is trespassing....
1-26 - Multiple groomers will be out on the trails tonight. Use caution, stay alert, and always yield to grooming equipment. HSF
1-25 - It’s snowing! The trails still need more snow, but are ready otherwise. There still may be a few downed signs and hazards, so continue to use caution. We will update the NYSSA map shortly so you can see the areas that are open. Based on current forecasts, we are only getting 2-3 inches by late afternoon, so I would hold off if you looking for better conditions. Sounds like trails south west of here are decent right now if you’re looking to get out today. Thanks! HSF
Thanks to Jeff Klipfel and Rick Wilson for driving the Tucker Groomer from our barn in Bergen to its winter home in Hamlin. 7 hours, 37 miles of panning the trails. They packed what we have getting ready for the storm.
